Is the directory you're installing to included in a path defined in
~/.wine/dosdevices? ??? Not sure I understand... I'm installing to ~/.wine/drive_c/Programmi/GrimFandango and last time I tried the installation (a couple of months ago) all went ok.
Is the game an Italian language version?
Yes.
CD damaged?
No.
