Looks like this is a problem in advapi - I get thousands of lines of trace:

The hang is fixed now in current git by Commit: 33e203422799916fc52a3c3e2dd8bf90dcfcae1f
PartyPoker now starts for me into login window; as i don't have an account couldn't test any further. If you run into other issues playing the game, open new bugreports for that
