[Bug 10719] Default Directory should be the directory witch the exe was excuted

File a bug with Nautilus for this. Wine provides winepath
(http://wiki.winehq.org/winepath), which can convert between unix and windows
file paths. Wine provides the correct windows implementation, which is what
wine is intended to do. This is something that the file manager needs to
implement.
