After manually creating the directory GraphicsOptions\Data\ the error is gone, it tries to start, but fails anyway on my box. Could be my graphics card is not new enough, Hennr could you give it a try?
Anyway, looks very much like http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=24781, only the directoryname is different
Yep, seems to be the same bug with a different directory name.
After create the subfolder Data in GraphicsConfig (which got created) game starts fine.
