After install here 'vcrun2010' (that provides 'msvcp100.dll') via winetricks,
the behavior stays the same ("black screen with cursor after launch the game in
Battle.net App").

However, winetricks complained that I'm using an 64 bit WINEPREFIX: I'll try to
make the same install on a clean 32-bit prefix and see if it works...
