[Bug 11675] Flatout 2 demo refuses to run - unimplemented function in d3dx9_36.dll

This is perfectly normal, as we have just begun to implement the d3dx9 dlls.
If you want to use that game you'll have to download a native dll from
dll-files.com or something like that. Just place it in the folder of the game
executable and it should work.
