App doesn't need it to start. Registration info present in registry is enough
to fix this crash. When I tried this a half of year ago I was in doubt to send
a a patch to create registry entry cause I thought it's a crappy solution to
add such class info without working implementation, I might be wrong of course.
Probably AJ's opinion is what we need here.
