In wine-3.4, Irfanview 4.51 (tested both 32 and 64 bit), the first three notes
of a WAV file will play, then it will stop abruptly with the "Windows can't
play this file!" error message from Irfanview. The full file will play
correctly without any error messages with native msvfw32.dll.
