Summary: Wine: "sticking" of modifier keys (alt, shift and control) Product: WineHQ Bugzilla Version: unspecified Platform: PC OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: enhancement Priority: P2 Component: bugzilla-unknown AssignedTo: wine-bugs@winehq.org ReportedBy: st.yaga@gmail.com
In wine >0.9.56 (.56,.57,.58), when I press on modifier key (alt, ctrl or shift, or both (for example alt-shift to switch language)) and release it, wine think that it still pressed. And due to this I can't write text in application ruuning under wine, even winecfg and winefile. Most strainght, that in wine-0.9.54 and lower all work fine.
OS: Linux Gentoo ~x86 (unstable), Kernel: 2.6.24-gentoo-r3 Architecture: i686 Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 6000+ Authentic Wine: 0.9.58 USE_FLAGS for wine: X alsa cups dbus esd gecko hal jpeg ldap ncurses opengl oss samba xml -jack -lcms -nas -scanner xorg-server: 1.4.0.90-r3 USE_FLAGS for xorg-server: dri input_devices_evdev input_devices_keyboard input_devices_mouse ipv6 sdl video_cards_nv video_cards_nvidia video_cards_vesa xorg
One moment else: i don't know whether it refers to my problem, but I use wureless keybord and mouse and due to this I use "evdev" as input driver in xorg.
Sorry for my bad English, if I've some mistakes in report. ^_^
