Okay maybe not a cpu scheduler issues but there is definitely a problem which no one understands, I've tried the exact amount of games on another computer with the same distro, wine version and settings, and that problem does not even occur.
The same games should be tested on the same system on Windows.

Here you go, I made a video including all version I've tried on the same machine.
I understand it is a bit hard watching a video, but I can ensure that I'm really experiencing that issue, it is accelerating/decelerating only in wine games.
That is a particular example, half life 2, but I've seen it in other wine games as well.
Anyway, trying the Tk kernel, which uses a PBS scheduler, the cpu usage is greatly improved but the issue still remains.
