At first I thought it was a duplicate of bug 31904 but I'm using Mesa 9.2.0
from Git and also tested with 9.0.2 that is supposed to fix the issue but I'm
still getting: configure: libOSMesa development files not found (or too old),
OpenGL rendering in bitmaps won't be supported.

I'm Attaching my config.log. This is on Ubuntu 13.04.
