[Bug 49476] Overwatch doesn't start on 5.10, 5.11

I haven't had any problems with Overwatch on any of these versions since the
original bug was fixed, so the problem probably isn't related to this bug.
I had some unrelated problems with other applications, which were fixed in
later versions so at the moment I'm using a self built wine-staging 6.0rc3
since arch packages still seem stuck on 5.22. Also, dxvk is installed though
winetricks. No problems with that setup.
