error that comes up after I try to launch planetside 2

I used wineskin to install planetside 2 on my mac, but as soon as I click the
play button from the launcher the screen goes black and tells me there was an
error and this document was what the error supposedly was or something like
that. If you can help me fix it it would be greatly appreciated, I just want to
be able to access the game.
