backtrace with wine-0.9.53 and native shlwapi.dll

You probably have a bad/older copy of shlwapi.dll. It works just fine here.
After the download, I still get a crash. (attached)

With the built-in shlwapi.dll, it still fail to download with wine-0.9.53.
