I am trying to install the WeatherMessage software (http://www.wxmesg.com) all
the applications seem to install fine except the weather map module.  One of
their ActiveX modules will not register.  The particular DLL comes from
http://www.tatukgis.com.  I have narrowed it down to the following:

When running WINEPREFIX=/home/hjohnson/.ies4linux/ie6 wine regsvr32 "c:\Program
Files\WxMesg\ttkGISDK.OCX" the following debug dump occurs:
