[Bug 25669] Add a "bisected" keyword, please

As I remember it's been decided to avoid it. Main reason is that any confirmed
regression should be marked with 'regression' keyword only when you have test
results. If you think that it's a regression but have not time/lazy/incapable
for some reason to perform a test no 'regression' keyword should be added, and
the fact it used to work some versions ago could go to comments.
