Ahh ok the issue seems to be solved now.

I'm still not entirely certain how the first patch went awry with git 1.5.4.3
but I can confirm that the the place tablet cursors patch attached to this bug
will apply with 1.5.4.3 and 1.5.5.1.

So if you get a chance try the new
attachment(http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=13345) and let me know if
it fixes things up for you.
