Can you try attachmeht 39097 from bug 30019?
Stefan, is the "ddraw: Make D3DVBCAPS_WRITEONLY vertex buffers dynamic" patch required prior to applying "wined3d: Do not use double-buffered dynamic buffers"? I want to test the latter one with "Perfect World" to check if it fixes the FPS drop that had been caused by 68b15bc5 commit, but I'm not sure whether should I use both patched or not. Thanks in advance for clarifications.
