[Bug 9579] Window doesnt redraw after restoring

Today i launch wine taskmgr and see the same problem.
But then i click restore in system tray icon menu it redraw?????
Also i see strange problems then i resize window of taskmgr.
It seems like wine tries to redraw not last resing but all of them.
