[Bug 12302] Lord of the Rings: Shadows of Angmar unplayable due to high lag

I was trying to find out what happens on the network layer, so i turned on
logging for winsock, setting WINEDEBUG=-all,+winsock

Strange enough, in this play session i did not have any packet loss (max 2%)
The only thing i found in the log is this warning:
warn:winsock:WSARecvFrom  -> ERROR 10035

So i started another session, and this time, lag was here again. But not in
every zone. It seems Zigilgund in Forochel is very laggy.

Sometimes, the above comes twice.
I will try to start a session with my Siemens router and see, if things are
different.
