[Bug 17724] KDE freezes when opening a dialog with paths and (probably) file open control

I used the "winetricks vcrun6" patch, but the same behaviour as reported is
shown. I saw just one thing that may be different: It is possible to navigate
in this "relocate" dialog with the keyboard, but not with the mouse. As before,
the complete KDE surface is freezed, but this specific dialog can be controlled
by TAB (next control) and ESC ("Cancel" button). After released with ESC, KDE
works as usual again.
