Just for Win32 non-gurus' Information, usp10.dll is related to Uniscribe, an Windows NT i18n technology.

Wine insiders and hackers: How do check I wine's current i18n test suites? If there is something missing, I may try to code some test cases since I, at least, understand MSDN-speak.
