dnsapi: Remove resolver lock.

Please try this patch.

The app runs many queries in separate threads and it looks like one
of them gets killed before the query completes, while still holding
the resolver lock.

This could be part of normal operation, so our best option may be to
remove the critical section and rely on thread safety of res_query.
