[Bug 25699] The URL in the "Test Results submitted" email does not show the Test Results

Confirming.  This has always been the case.  It would be handy if the link
either pointed to the actual test result, or the list of test results.

Alex, to view the queued test results (as a maintainer or admin) you need to
click on the Test Results Queue on the sidebar, on the left.
