A git bissect shows the offending commit as:

This commit is responsible for both issues I described in my previous comment:

- the original OP issue: the message "debugger has been found" shows at startup
in a 64-bit wine prefix, preventing Metatrader 4 to run.
- crash at startup in a 32-bit wine prefix
