[Bug 57128] Sensus Navigation 2014 (Volvo navigation updater) fails to detect USB pendrive

The problem is not in the open dialog but later. If select root of USB drive
and click Open in the dialog to use that as the target for map files download,
it tells the drive is not a USB. There is also screenshot attached from bug
reporter showing that message.

So the issue is that the actual USB drive is not detected as USB by the
software for some reason.
