patch adding some extra trace logging

When obtaining these logs I added some extra tracing in the wine source,
because the original trace output was not informative enough. This patch
explains what extra tracing is added (mainly dumping the content of all
PropertyNotify events, and dumping the full content of the _NET_WM_STATE
property when it might be useful).

The logs also contain a few my comments (started from !!!), marking what I was
doing with the game.
