[Bug 34166] Fullscreen flickering on Mac

Henri's patch doesn't apply cleanly to wine-1.9.21 anymore. This is a big
issue, it would be really appreciated if Henri could maybe take a look at it.
This is the output of the patch command:
Hunk #1 succeeded at 1417 (offset 311 lines).
Hunk #2 succeeded at 1424 with fuzz 1 (offset 309 lines).
Hunk #3 FAILED at 1438.
Hunk #4 succeeded at 1445 with fuzz 2 (offset 300 lines).
Hunk #5 FAILED at 1468.
Hunk #6 succeeded at 1501 with fuzz 2 (offset 300 lines).
Hunk #7 succeeded at 1770 with fuzz 1 (offset 376 lines).
2 out of 7 hunks FAILED -- saving rejects to file dlls/wined3d/context.c.rej
