Wine 2.14 +d3d_shader log

Hi Józef,

As requested I am attaching a +d3d_shader log from Wine 2.14.

Some info:

I made a fresh prefix before gathering this log. 
CSMT was NOT turned on and in Hellblade's case it doesn't make any noticeable
difference.
