[Bug 9633] Window Decoration Missing [WONTFIX]

If this is indeed Compiz' fault, please provide further information in the
above compiz bugs already logged. In particular, how this problem only affects
Wine windows while all my other windows have correct decorations.

What would be handy is information from Wine developers suggesting what the
mistake in Compiz might be.
