You are right, this fixed the problem:

sudo apt-get install libtxc-dxtn-s2tc0:i386

And fixed the crash of the game when I try to change button config too.

THANK YOU! Wine team is really amazing, you have no idea (maybe you have) how
hard was to start windows for the only reason of playing USFIV. It was like
going back ten years in the past, that is last time I used windows.
