Summary: Can't run winecfg anymore Product: Wine Version: 0.9.5. Platform: PC OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: blocker Priority: P2 Component: wine-help AssignedTo: wine-bugs@winehq.org ReportedBy: crbarron_48125@yahoo.com
I downloaded and installed 0.9.5 into my Ubuntu Linux system and ran winecfg and wine several days ago. I had some problems trying to get programs working, but nothing unexpected occurred until today.
Today I entered the following text and got the following result:
curtis@ubuntu:~$ winecfg fixme:advapi:CheckTokenMembership (0x4c 0x7fdd6ba8 0x7fadfae0) stub! fixme:actctx:QueryActCtxW stub! err:win:CreateWindowExW bad class name L"SysTabControl32"
It happened repeatedly, even after I completely uninstalled Wine (including configuration files) via the Synaptic Package Manager and reinstalled Wine.
Any idea what's happening?
Thanks.
Curt
