Is this still an issue in current (1.1.31 or newer) wine?
Hi Austin, this is strange. When i run (under 1.1.31) "SimCity 4.exe" i can see the windmill problem shown in comment #7. Looking closer:
"SimCity 4.exe -d:opengl" *** Works - no problem with graphics ***
"SimCity 4.exe -d:soft" *** Works - no problem with graphics ***
"SimCity 4.exe -d:directx" *** Graphics problems like in comment #7 ***
