resolution - 800x600
quality - low
renderer - directx9

run game (you'll need a patch for bug 6971), then go to 'options' in the bottom
left. Let it sit for a bit, and notice that it jitters/flickers, even without
the mouse moving.

Terminal only shows, repeatedly.
