Still has no sound in cinematics as of wine 3.13. Tried xact, doesn't help.
However, it sometimes seems to work. Just restarted the game a few times, and
got it to work that way... Setting the "-forcestereo" parameter launch
parameter for the game might have helped, but maybe that's just my imagination.
I only tried it like 20 times.  Not sure if it's a wine or a game issue, to be
honest.
