Whenever I try to send any message with 
a file other than an image, plain text or 
html attached, "the bat" connects with the server, 
and tries to log off immediately after that,  
without sending anything - and stays like that forever, 
until I abort the task altogether.

Using wine 20040309 from a standard mandrake rpm.
