[Bug 24928] WoW 4.x D3D: Water Detail and Sunshafts cannot be enabled fully in d3d9

That's what I was saying though, the graphics look exactly the same between the
dx9 card I have on XP and the dx11 card I have on windows 7 (shader model 5).
I'm not arguing that there can't be differences, I just can't see any at all in
WoW. Visually there don't appear to be any differences whatsoever. There may be
in the latest beta builds but there's nothing in the live build that I can
find.
