[Bug 6149] The printout of 2 proprietary applications does not fit on the paper

It works fine for standard paper sizes - the printout is the same as on
Windows. I haven't found a printer with a page larger them A2 so I'm using
cups-pdf but I'm not 100% sure if my manually edited PPD is correct.
