I just want to clarify what came out from discussion with various users on
metaquotes' forum. Simply said MT5 works well with all version after 10.2 if
you use a distro that doesn't mess up with compilation flags. For example I am
on kubuntu 24.04 and it worked well every time(MT4 never worked after the 10.2,
neither on the installation file). On the metaquotes forum, only the Arch Linux
users(and other rolling distro) hit the issue with "a debugger has been found
on your system, unload it from memory and restart your program" on MT5.
