w1064 and w10pro64 have dual screen test configurations so this is done. It is
likely that only w1064 will retain one in the future so one VM host does not
end up having to run too many tests.

wxppro also has a dual screen configuration but that VM is deprecated so that
it moot.

Dual screen test configurations will be added to other VMs as I refresh them,
such as w7u for instance. But since this depends on a VM refresh this is not
par of this bug.

The screenshot aspect should be dealt with as part of bug 44709.

So I think this bug can be closed.
