Hello folks,

that specific crash in 'subinacl.exe' (heap corruption) was fixed by commit
https://source.winehq.org/git/wine.git/commitdiff/40d4fbe45997a1820296e7909b...
("msvcrt: Simplify get_current_locale_noalloc implementation.") and prior.

Part of Wine 6.0-rc1 release.
