7.16, seems to work for me. Still can't get window up by clicking on icon after
minimizing installer, but alt+tab works in that case too.

I've installed something recently and remember to stuck because of minimizing,
so it probably was fixed not so long ago. Maybe not a wine fix if it's still
can be reproduced with 7.16. I'm using Manjaro KDE, about a week ago there was
a massive update, maybe some lib fixed something.
