[Bug 18887] document is solid black during drag-select in PowerPoint 2007

Tested on Fedora 14 with Wine 1.3.7.

Tried using elbow connector between two rectangles.  Slide drawing area goes
black once mouse pointer moves near an existing object.

However, PowerPoint does not lock up, switching between slides restores GUI.

Elbow connector can be used if first placed on a blank part of the slide.  Then
separately move the endpoints to connect it to other objects.

Not perfect yet, but a big improvement over Wine 1.1.30 and quite usable now.
