For me, problem started after installation of some winetricks modules.  winecfg
-> Desktop Integration does not provide a means to change the toolbar
background color.

LTSpice and some other programs become very difficult to use because of this
bug.  If toolbar icons are drawn with dark lines, they become illegible.
