Exactly. Something tells me this is not valid Wine install/system
configuration.

Chris, first make sure your ~/.wine dir is fresh (remove it, create new,
running winecfg). How did you compile Wine? Attach (as a text file) output of
./configure --enable-maintainer-mode

Run test manually, does it fail by itself? If so, run it under winedbg and
attach complete backtrace at the point it crashes.
