The installer tries to download this file but fails:

http://download.microsoft.com/download/a/a/c/aac39226-8825-44ce-90e3-bf8203e...

Based on the terminal output I thought it was a dupe of bug 2781:
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2781

However in that bug the wininet trace shows the download as going okay, but in
this case it gives 404, even though attempting to download that file manually
shows that it does exist.
