[Bug 30511] Guild Wars 2 launcher crashes with "assertion m_ioCount failed"

I am able to force the error when I add the -diag tag to the executable.  This
is supposed to generate a file called NetworkDiag.log, but crashes when it gets
to "Checking server connectivity....Testing..."

The full command I am using is:
wine Gw2.exe -dx9single -diag

Not sure if this helps, but thought I'd throw that in there for anyone that
finds it interesting.  This is on Ubuntu 12.04 64-bit using PlayonLinux.
