[Bug 58950] Pen tablet pressure not working in Zbrush (2022.06)

Pressure appears to function in non-staging builds up to 10.18, but is broken
in Staging builds. If that is an expected or accepted characteristic of Staging
builds vs non-Staging, we can close this bug.

I have these Env Vars in my testing prefix:

WINEDEBUG +wintab,+heap,+err,+hid
WINE_HEAP_NO_SERIALIZE 1
WINE_X11_THREADING 1
WINTAB_TRANSLATE 1

Worth noting that even with initially functioning pressure input response here,
the associated bug 58951 (https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=58951) is
still reproing all through the 10.x series in both non-Staging and Staging
builds. I will update that bug.
