[Bug 28214] Eurofighter Typhoon crashes after starting

The log is from 1.3.26, right? It looks like this may be similar to the issue
fixed by e1ab5f6e6bf251566289ccf3177ebaf8102cb72b. Does that patch make any
difference on top of 1.3.26? If it doesn't, please create a
+ddraw,+d3d,+d3d_surface log. If the "failed to
create material" message doesn't happen in 1.3.26 you'll want to bisect that to
see where it was introduced, it's likely an independent regression.
