An RtlUnwindEx implementation depends on knowledge of the unwind_data structure

I already tried to understand it and documented my findings in
18c95cf165a09ee0fe77f431ec31a5b101affd15 and
3c04958b8a47f56a6dfc9ac067ca88f34a4e29a2

It would help if someone would dig some deeper here (without disassembling ms
code of course) or would tell me when there's something like
